Splendid job you did in accommodating us for our wedding day transportation services. You and your staff were always responsive, courteous, and professional from start to finish. We had quite a hectic schedule for our big day, spanning five different cities in the Bay Area, from Milpitas to San Francisco to Saratoga, and our driver Alex was able to maintain our schedule (and our sanity) by getting us to each location in style and comfort. In the midst of our busy day, we forgot to retrieve our Chinese safe travel wedding banner that we placed on the front windshield. This was a very important family symbol that each of our siblings have used previously during their weddings. When we realized we had forgotten it, I was able to phone Alex directly and Alex immediately offered to personally drop off the banner to our home. Alex went out of his way to drop off the banner at our door step, and for that, we are truly appreciative. In every way, Lone Star Limousine, exemplified great customer service, from their professionalism to the extra personal touches. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to all our friends and family and we will certainly use your services again when the occasion arises. Once again, thank you very much for everything.

Thank you so much for the amazing service. The gentleman who drove us around from 1:45-5pm was PERFECT! He did not add one ounce of stress to our day and was just fantastic. I’m not sure how many people used the transportation from 9:30-11:30pm (although I’m told it took one unfortunately extremely inebriated partygoer home), but it was great to have the service available to anyone who wanted/needed it. Off to Fiji tomorrow for our honeymoon, but thank you again for your excellent service!
